• รับผิดชอบระบบปฏิบัติการหลักทรัพย์ (SBA) และระบบปฏิบัติการตราสารอนุพันธ์ (BSB Derivatives)  โดยดูแลทั้งในส่วน Production ระบบทดสอบ ทั้งระบบหลัก ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบเชื่อมต่อสาขา ระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต และ Web site ของบริษัท
• ดูแลความเรียบร้อยในการรับส่งข้อมูลกับระบบงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่นระบบ Back office, ระบบรายงานจากตลาดหลักทรัพย์
• บริหาร จัดการ ดูแล การช่วยเหลือ ให้คำแนะนำ แก้ไขปัญหา การใช้ระบบซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์
• บริหารจัดการผู้ใช้ เพิ่ม ลบออก ทบทวนรายชื่อผู้ใช้ระบบ ตรวจสอบการเก็บบันทึกการใช้งาน (Log)
• ติดต่อประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่นตลาดหลักทรัพย์ ผู้ให้บริการ ผู้บริหาร ในเรื่องต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบซื้อขายฯ
• ทดสอบระบบงานในกรณีมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไข
• กำกับดูแล บริหารจัดการ จัดทำ จัดหา จัดเตรียม ระบบโปรแกรมงานคอมพิวเตอร์  Back Office รวมทั้งระบบอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อรองรับและสนับสนุน การทำธุรกิจของบริษัท ให้สามารถใช้งานได้มีประสิทธิภาพ เป็นไปตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัท และมีมาตรฐาน สอดคล้องตามระเบียบข้อกำหนดของทั้ง กลต. และตลาดหลักทรัพย์

• Bachelor‘s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT related fields.
• Require > 3 years Experiences of working as IT, System Administrator, or Software     Development especially in Securities Business, Brokers or related financial institute will be advantage.
• Practical knowledge with database management, Linux and shell script.
• Familiar with Stock Trading Software and Applications such as HiTrade, i2Trade, or Freewill ’s software will be advantage.

• งานจัดสรรเงิน จัดทำประมาณกระแสรายรับและรายจ่ายโดยรวมของบริษัทและการควบคุมดูแลให้การจัดสรรเงินของหน่วยงานเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ (Minimize cost & Maximize Returns) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลปริมาณเงินหมุนเวียนตามบัญชีธนาคารต่างๆ เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาตัวเลขการดำรงเงินสดประจำวัน และความต้องการใช้วงเงินอื่น เช่น วงเงินเบิกเกินบัญชี วงเงินเช็ค Effect-not-Clear        
• งานบริหารสภาพคล่องทางการเงิน จัดหาแหล่งเงินทุนเพื่อเสริมสภาพคล่องโดยดำเนินการขอวงเงินกู้ยืมระหว่างสถาบันการเงินหรือพิจารณาการระดมทุนผ่าน Source of Fund ประเภทต่างๆ เช่น การออกตั๋วแลกเงิน (B/E) หรือหุ้นกู้ การทำ Repo Financing การพิจารณาลงทุนในตลาดเงินระยะสั้นเมื่อเกิดสภาพคล่อง ประมาณการตัวเลขความต้องการใช้เงินของบริษัทเพื่อพิจารณาประกอบการ Raise Fund
• งานซื้อขายและลงทุนระยะสั้นในตราสารเพื่อบริหารสภาพคล่องของบริษัท การซื้อขายและลงทุนระยะสั้นในตราสารการเงินและตราสารหนี้ประเภทต่างๆ เพื่อบริหารสภาพคล่องส่วนเกินระยะสั้น คำนวณหาราคาปิดหรือราคาเสนอซื้อเพื่อใช้เป็นราคายุติธรรมหรือราคาอ้างอิงสำหรับส่วนบัญชีในการบันทึกบัญชีตามราคาตลาด (Mark-to-Market) เพื่อดูยอดกำไร/ขาดทุน
• งาน Segregation เงินเพื่อลูกค้า นำเงินฝากของลูกค้าไปลงทุนเพื่อผลประโยชน์ในลักษณะต่างๆ ตามที่สำนักงานกลต.ประกาศกำหนด ทั้งนี้ โดยพิจารณาตามความเหมาะสมของอัตราผลตอบแทนและระยะเวลา
• งานบริหารความเสี่ยงทางการเงินและการลงทุน จัดสัดส่วนเงินเพื่อการซื้อขายและลงทุนในตราสารตามประเภท อายุคงเหลือ สภาพคล่อง ความเสี่ยง และระยะเวลาเพื่อให้มีการกระจายความเสี่ยง และเพื่ออัตราผลตอบแทนที่เหมาะสมและความเสี่ยงที่ยอมรับได้ (Risk-Return Trade off) นำเสนอวงเงินเพื่อการซื้อขายและลงทุน วงเงินสินเชื่อระหว่างสถาบันการเงิน และวงเงินเพื่อการซื้อขายตราสารหนี้ระหว่างคู่ค้า และนำเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการลงทุนเพื่อพิจารณาและขออนุมัติต่อคณะกรรมการบริษัทเพื่อให้ความเห็นชอบ

• ปริญญาตรี / ปริญญาโท  สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ / เศรษฐศาสตร์ / การเงิน
• ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 7 - 10  ปี  ด้านการบริหารการเงินและการลงทุน โดยเคยผ่านงานการจัดสรรเงิน การบริหารสภาพคล่อง
• การซื้อขายและลงทุนในหลักทรัพย์เพื่อบัญชีบริษัท การซื้อขายตราสารหนี้
• ความรู้ความเข้าใจในการจัดสรรเงินและบริหารสภาพคล่อง เครื่องมือทางการเงินและ Trading Instruments ต่างๆในตลาดเงิน ตลาดตราสารหนี้และตลาดทุนโดยรวม
• ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับ พ.ร.บ.หลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ในเรื่องการซื้อขายและลงทุนในตราสารแห่งหนี้

Responsibilities :

Qualifications :
• ปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท สาขาการเงินการธนาคาร บัญชี หรือบริหารธุรกิจ
• ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 8-10 ปี ขึ้นไป ในสายงานปฏิบัติการหลักทรัพย์ และสายงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีทักษะความรู้ด้านการคำนวณ วงเงินสินเชื่อ การเปิดบัญชีลูกค้า และพิจารณาวงเงินลูกค้า ที่เปิดบัญชีซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์และตราสารอนุพันธ์

• Prepare all transactions of general accounting and payment.
• Manage the daily operations of the accounting department including, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger
• Monitor, review accounting, related system reports for accuracy and completeness.

• Lead the audit team and execute the audit projects in the respective areas on a risk-based audit approach, i.e.
  • Wholesale Securities business including Corporate & Investment Banking, Treasury & Transaction Banking, or
  • Retail Business including Branch Operations, or
  • Risk and Support Functions.
• Follow up to ensure the audit issues are rectified.
• Participate in new product development and approval process.
